This independent machine provides the total dipping of the product due to a pump set that creates an uniform cascade and returns the surplus of the dipping again to the mixing tank.
The cascade tray is independently heated in order to keep a constant temperature of the bathed product.
SAFETY STANDARDS:
The control panel manages the temperature and production speed.
The installation meets all the health and safety standards by 89/392/EEC, as well as local regulations allowing us to get our CE approval and certificate.
