The complete donut line created by TP Food Group, a new world leader in the food processing equipment and oven-baked product production lines, was presented for the first time at IBIE 2019 in Las Vegas, Nevada, the USA.
TP Food Group originates from the integration of several companies with a strong international vocation, each one with specific sector experience, and all of which can design and produce systems and lines for the different food and oven-baked product preparation phases, both industrial and artisanal. Tecnopool, Gostol, TECNOFRYER, Mecateck Group, Logiudice Forni, Mimac Italia are the nucleus of this new entity, with an overall turnover of more than EUR100m, eight production units in four different countries and more than 500 employees.
The group chose to present itself to the global market at IBIE 2019 with a complete donut production line that perfectly integrates the group companies, their individual skills, and specializations. The line is made up of a mixer and a bowl lifter by Logiudice Forni, a divider, a proofer by Tecnopool, and a Tecnofryer fryer. Tecnopool is exhibiting its spiral oven, already confirmed in the bakery world because of its compactness, production process linearity, and easy mechanics. Gostol, in turn, reconfirms one of its strong points – process flexibility – with an industrial line that bakes bread directly on the belt, and others – space reduction and energy saving – with a multiple deck oven that runs on diathermic oil. The line can also be fitted with a cooling, icing and freezing system.
Each individual machine is an expression of cutting-edge technology, the level of innovation and research reached by the companies. From a technological point of view, the line not only guarantees a high-quality final product but also savings in energy; easy, fast cleaning and product format change; and long cooking oil life. This project encapsulates the values that characterise TP Food Group, starting from flexibility, namely its ability to adapt to the specific requirements of clients who can count on tailor-made lines and a single reference point, not just for all the phases, from design to production to testing, but also for the whole process, from mixing to freezing.

In 2019 one of our major projects began for a leading Saloon company in Russia. The project is a custom development of the TEC Range Deep Fryer with thermal oil, for a production of 20,000 Seals per hour.
We show the different phases, assembly, logistics and it is already in production.

Continuous innovation takes the form of functional improvements, such as:
– The constant removal of residues from the bottom of the machine during the frying phase.
– Minimizing the thermal drop between the heat source and the required frying temperature thanks to the diathermic oil exchanger immersed in the frying pan. This increases the response speed and temperature regulation and keeps the frying oil as static as possible.
-The fume extraction hood is equipped with grease separation filters and a high-efficiency turbine that make it possible to easily eliminate fumes, vapors and prevent condensation from falling back into the frying oil, preventing odors from occurring.
– The perimeter glass closure allows to visually inspect the production and monitor it constantly.
– The frying pan is completely removable, which makes cleaning and maintaining the machine quick and easy.
This is one of our biggest projects already in production. One more success of Tecnofryer that drivers us to continue developing projects at the highest level.
